TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to you as a member, being a user or advertiser at CosmoBux. As a registered user, you have confirmed you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service.

 

Changes can be made on Terms of Service. If we make a change, we`ll do our best to provide you with advance notice, although in some situations, such as where a change is required to satisfy applicable legal requirements, an update to these Terms may need to be effective immediately. We`ll announce changes here at our site, and we also may elect to notify you of changes by sending an email to the address you have provided to us. We will also try to explain the reasons for the change.

 

If we do update these Terms, you are free to decide whether to accept the updated terms or to stop using our Service. For clarity, email or other communications will not constitute an effective written agreement for this purpose.

 

1. User Account

 

1.1. It is forbidden to transfer or sell accounts.

1.2. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Keep it safe is your responsibility, we shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management.

1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your  payment processor accounts which has to be unique and not shared with another user.

1.4. Each advertisement can be viewed by the same IP only once per 24 hours. For viewing advertisements an internet connection must be used only by a single user every 24 hours. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. You can use multiple IP addresses to login. Logging in from proxies/VPN or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed

1.5. Your personal data and email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.

1.6. CosmoBux will not modify user account information based on user request. Upline and username change requests will be declined.

1.7. Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.

1.8. Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance, memberships, points, referrals and advertising credits. For security reasons we do not remove accounts. Please do not contact us requesting an account removal. 

 

2. Referrals

 

2.1. Members may refer as many referrals as their membership can.

2.2. Every one of your direct referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.

2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. Any kind of false advertising will not be tolerated. Also you cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.

2.4. Any member of CosmoBux is not allowed to use RefBank Services and Multi-Level Marketing(MLM) Systems through Sites or Apps or Softwares or etc. for getting Direct Referrals.

2.5. A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.

2.6. CosmoBux is not responsible for referral activity and can`t predict their clicks, you are fully aware of that.

2.7. The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.

 

3. Payments to CosmoBux

 

3.1. All payments are to be made using the links available at Dashboard in Add Funds section. No other method of payment will be accepted.

3.2. All payments are non-refundable because they concern services provided at the time of the purchase. Should you have any issues with any of your purchases, you can contact our support by creating a support ticket.

3.3. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. This suspension will be then evaluated depending on and according to the causes that led to it.

 

4. Payments to Users

 

4.1. All payments will be made via Payeer, AirTM, Skrill. No other method of payment is available at this time.

4.2. You are not allowed to send your money to another person’s payment processor account, even if they are your family members. We only know the account holder of CosmoBux and your full name must match the full name on the payment processor account.

4.3. Payments will be processed within 6-10 business days. 

4.4. Payments of suspected users may be kept for up to 60 days. Members can get payment if they are not use VPN/Proxy or doing survey repetition and after the confirmed their offerwall activity.

4.5. There is no hidden fee in payments.

4.6. Payment system can be deducted a fee from withdrawal amount.

4.7. We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by the payment processor's support.

4.8. You must have a correct and existing payment processor's ID. All payments will go directly to that user's account ID and cannot be canceled.

4.9. Any refunds by you of any payments we send you will be ignored and they won't be added back to your account nor sent again.

4.10. For security reasons, CosmoBux reserves the right to delay and cancel any payment request and ask for more information from a member.

4.11. Any attempts for manipulating the system can result in suspension of your account.

  

5. Advertisements

 

5.1. You, as a member, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.

5.2. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, contain referral sales and those that include gambling / betting, gambling content or are held by a gambling company. Also, any advertisement that uses CosmoBux's name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.

5.3. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

 

6. Forum

 

6.1. You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.

6.2. New topics must be posted in properly regulations place.

6.3. When writing posts on general forums, you are only allowed to use English. Topics and posts using languages other than English are only allowed in a forum dedicated to that language.

6.4. You have the right to express your opinion as long as it does not offend other members.

6.5. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against CosmoBux and / or CosmoBux staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.

6.6. We do not accept topics or posts related to politics, religion or race. The use of inappropriate words to defame any entity or individual on the forum is not allowed.

6.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to CosmoBux its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered an offense and are strictly prohibited.

6.8. The forum is not for advertising purposes, we are not allow links or banners in signatures.

 

7. Anti-Cheat Policy

 

7.1. Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.

7.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account suspension. Monitoring will be constant, to ensure our systems' stability and our users' accounts safety.

7.3. You can`t use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including, but not limited to any software, plugin, script or auto clicker.

7.4. The end result to any attempts of piracy is account suspension.

7.5. Every attempt to create fake accounts will be logged and the gains from the fake accounts will be canceled.

 

8. Account Suspension

 

8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.

8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or use the same email addresses on a new account.

8.4. We won`t delete user`s accounts upon users request for any reason wither if they are active, terminated or suspended.

 

9. Liability

 

9.1. CosmoBux will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to CosmoBux  and therefore beyond our control.

9.2. CosmoBux reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.

9.3. CosmoBux will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.

9.4. CosmoBux is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It`s your responsibility to declare what you`ve received and pay your country`s taxes.

8.6. Users of our site can raise a support ticket to request that details of their account and any related information we hold to be removed permanently from our site. Where possible, accounts will be deleted permanently. Where there has been actual activity on your account, for example you have received a payment from us, or participated in offers, then we will mark your account deleted and cease any further communication, however necessary information relating to your account and activity would be retained for as long as necessary on our system. Where there has been evidence of a breach of our terms, potential fraudulent activity or any similar offences then we would be unable to process a delete request at that time.
